THE COMPANY

Since its founding in 1994, with the objective of serving the medical sector ultrasound and electrocardiogram, providing gel tests / diagnosis, the Carbogel not stopped innovating. Be the launch of products, packaging innovation, the implementation of systematic quality assurance, customer service, among others.

Looking to always keep the best quality of its products and looking for better processes and procedures in accordance with the standards for Health Products - Related to Carbogel has two important certifications:ISO 9001:2008 CERTIFICATION AND CERTIFICATE OF GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICE FOR MEDICAL PRODUCTS - GMP - ANVISA.

The following is a summary of the various stages of Carbogel for a better evaluation of our work.

1994

Top of activities - manufacturing and sale of ultrasound gel Carbogel LAST and ECG gelCarbogel ECG.

1995

Conquest of the hundredth Distributor of their products, spread throughout the country.

1996

Release Heater gel GelKent , now present in over 4000 clinics and hospitals throughout Brazil and Europe. Patented under No. MU 7703270-5.

1997

a) Launch of Filler Bottles GelPratik , which solved the problem of filling the bottles applicators through a system of economic, practical and totally hygienic. Present in over 1500 clinics and hospitals throughout Brazil. Patented under No. PI 9700088-4;

b) Release the package of 2 liters (PET) introduced to facilitate the handling of the gel to fill the jars (250g and 300g).

1998

a) Conquest of over 900 distributors nationwide,

b) Receipt of Top Hospital Award , the best performance as a manufacturer of gel for medical use;

c) Release of Scholarship Thermal GelBag and isoprene Compressive Range , both of great utility in physiotherapy treatments;

d) Start of exports to Paraguay and Bolivia.

1999

a) Launch of physio Carbogel specific to physical therapy clinics;

b) Installation / Retrieval System improvements in the water used in the process, making more secure the quality of the finished product, especially the gel endocavitary examinations;

c) Receipt for the second consecutive year, the Top Hospital Award , the best performance as a manufacturer of gel for medical use.

2000

a) Conquest of over 1500 distributors located throughout the national territory;

b) Launch of LaserGel , specific for use as a means of contact in applications Laser or Intense Pulsed Light (IPL)

c) Receipt by the third consecutive year, the Top Hospital Award , this time with Certified Master performance as the largest and best manufacturer of gel for medical use ;

d) Receipt of Award HOSP VIP the best performance as a manufacturer of gel for medical use;

e) Indicated in the top three manufacturers of thermal bag.

2001

a) Launch of Intimate LubriGel suitable for the lubrication of the vaginal and anal cavities tests using endocavitary probes, such as transvaginal ultrasound, colonoscopy, prostate exams and procedures for the introduction of probes in general. Also used for lubrication during intimate intercourse, reducing friction and providing comfort during the act;

b) Receipt by the fourth consecutive year, the Top Hospital Award , and the second with Certified Master performance as the largest and best manufacturer of gel for medical use;

c) Receipt by the second consecutive year, the Award HOSP VIP the best performance as a manufacturer of gel for medical use;

d) Indicated for the second consecutive year, the top three manufacturers of thermal bag;

e) Start of implementation of ISO 9001:2000 :

f) Certificate with the title of "Qualified Supplier " at the Hospital São Luiz;

2002

a) more than Conquest of 2000 distributors throughout the country;

b) Company Certified ISO 9001:2000 by SGS-ICS :

c) Receipt by the fifth consecutive year, the Top Hospital Award , and the third with Certified Master performance as the largest and best manufacturer of gel for medical use;

2004

Carbogel, with the expansion of its activities and the need for further administrative and production areas, acquires its own seat at a new address.

2005

Company recertified for ISO 9001:2000 / SGS-ICS :

2007

Within

all procedures and standards required for the manufacture of products for Health - Related and complying with current legislation, the Carbogel is certified by ANVISA (National Agency for Sanitary Vigilance) and obtains CERTIFICATE OF GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICE AND CONTROL OF HEALTH PRODUCTS - GMP .

2008

a) Release of CARBOFIX Folder , conductive paste developed for attaching electrodes to the scalp, in examinations of electroencephalography (EEG)

b) Company recertified for ISO 9001:2000 / SGS-ICS :

c) Carbogel complying with current legislation, keeps CERTIFICATE OF GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICE AND CONTROL OF HEALTH PRODUCTS - GMP .

d) Obtaining the patent application of the gel heater GELKENT under number MU 7703270-5, today present in more than 5,000 clinics and hospitals throughout Brazil and Europe.

2009

a) Company recertified for ISO 9001:2000 / SGS-ICS:

b) Carbogel complying with current legislation, keeps CERTIFICATE OF GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICE AND CONTROL OF HEALTH PRODUCTS - GMP, without a single "Nonconformity" .

2010

a) Company audited and certified to ISO 9001:2008 by / SGS-ICS .

2011
